Refund Policy

This No Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Streetwear Scholars platform or affiliated payment processors, including but not limited to Whop.

We take pride in the value, effort, and expertise poured into our digital course, mentorship access, and community offerings. That said, because of the immediate and irreversible access you gain upon purchasing, we maintain a strict no refunds, no exceptions policy.

1. Final Sale Policy

Once your payment is processed, whether in full or as part of a payment plan, it is non-refundable under any and all circumstances. This includes:

- Lack of use or participation
- Change of personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with the results (as results vary person to person)Technical difficulties (we offer full support if these arise)

2. Payment Plans

Choosing a payment plan does not imply a trial period. You are committing to the full payment plan and will be billed according to the terms selected at checkout. Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of access and possible referral to a collections agency.

3. No Chargebacks

By enrolling, you waive the right to dispute payments through chargebacks. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in immediate access termination and potential legal action for contract breach and damages.

4. Support for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., problems accessing the course, Discord, or call links), we are here to help. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right. Technical issues are not grounds for refund.
